Beekenkamp - first young plant producer to be EUREPGAP certified

Beekenkamp Plants B.V. is the first young plant producer of ornamental and vegetable crops to be EUREPGAP certified. Beekenkamp considers this as a logic step towards a seamless connection between young plant producer, grower, trade and chain stores. Apart from the EUREPGAP certificate, Beekenkamp also received the MPS-GAP certificate.

EUREPGAP is an internationally esteemed quality standard for agricultural producers and retailers. Beekenkamp customers increasingly more often use EUREPGAP when keeping a record for their customers. Furthermore, Beekenkamp has added a number of products to its assortment for which EUREPGAP is advisable with a view to consumption through supermarket chains. These include the Welllife herbal concept and Home Grow Salad bar.

Beekenkamp has been working with ISO standard for many years. In addition, with regard to components related to ornamentals Beekenkamp is MPSA and MPSU certified. This has recently been supplemented by the MPS-GAP certificate.

These developments have resulted in further strengthening of the quality policy within the Beekenkamp organization and underline the fact that the company strives for optimum quality.
